From the contract research organisations or clinical sites for instance. How can biotech startups with limited resources best design of the target product profile and selection of the lead candidate to the production of a high-quality product and its preclinical testing?

In parallel you need to establish relationships with the various stakeholders: pharmas, regulatory authorities, CROs or hospitals, and healthcare providers that will develop the clinical tests. How can start-ups navigate towards a successful First-in-Human study?
