CataloniaBio & HealthTech together with Kymos and LeanBox organise a round table and workshop on the Lean methodology applied to laboratories in the health sector. Lean is a system that analyses the way of working, planning and organising, with the aim of eliminating the waste of resources in order to be more reliable, efficient and fast. In short, to contribute to the competitiveness of the sector.
The aim of this workshop is to share LeanLab experiences and analyse how the Lean system can optimise laboratory quality control, reduce the time taken to deliver results, make the most of the space available for highly technical and expensive equipment, and maintain the motivation and loyalty of the staff in charge.
On 28 November at the Kymos Pharma facilities, a group of experts in LeanLab will share advice and practices to increase the chances of success in the application of the Lean system in the laboratory.
The activity will include a visit to the Kymos facilities to see in situ the implementation of this system in a laboratory.
